About Chapter 1 Employment

At Chapter 1 Employment, we believe that every person has a story worth telling and a place in the workforce where they can thrive.

Our work is built on a simple idea. When you focus on people, not just placements, better outcomes follow. We connect individuals with employers who value inclusion and are open to seeing potential in a different way.

We understand that no two journeys are the same. That is why we take the time to understand both the individual and the employer, creating connections that are not only successful but lasting.

Our Approach

We focus on building genuine relationships.
By working closely with employers, service providers, and support networks, we create pathways that are tailored, practical, and built around real opportunities. Our role is to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Why We Do What We Do

Inclusive employment creates stronger workplaces and better communities.
When businesses open their doors to a more diverse workforce, they gain new perspectives, improve culture, and create environments where people feel valued. At the same time, individuals are given the opportunity to build confidence, independence, and purpose through meaningful work.
We’re changing the story of recruitment, one placement at a time.

Mission

To enable people, communities, and places to overcome disadvantage and flourish.

Vision

To be an innovative and effective provider of human and community services.

Purpose

Meet The Team
