Our Job Brokerage Package gives IEA providers access to inclusive employer vacancies and end-to-end placement support — so your consultants can focus on what they do best, while we work to open more doors for your participants.

We support your team by:

  • Gathering evidence to support your outcome claims
  • Working alongside your consultants to deliver post-placement support

How it works

Here is our step-by-step approach to working alongside your team to achieve the best outcomes for your participants.

  1. We send a vacancy description to your point of contact to distribute to your consultants.
  2. The candidate referral includes a referral form outlining benchmarks and key information to match participants to the role.
  3. Chapter 1 connects with your participant to understand their goals, preferences, and readiness.
  4. We provide feedback to your point of contact and agree on the most appropriate next steps.
  5. Chapter 1 recommends an introduction between the participant and employer, gathering relevant information to share back with your team.
  6. We provide interview feedback to support your consultant and participant.
  7. Chapter 1 provides onboarding assistance to both the participant and employer to support a successful start.
  8. On Day 1, we recommend your consultant attends commencement — so your team is there for the moment your participant becomes an employee.
  9. Ongoing post-placement support is delivered jointly by Chapter 1 and your consultant.
  10. Chapter 1 completes evidence gathering to support your outcome claims.

Package Investment

50% of the progress fee +
25% of the 13, 26, and 52-week outcome payments

Our fees only apply when you receive an outcome, so there is no upfront cost and no risk if a placement does not proceed.
